Request access
Access to the Import Portal is managed per organisation. Contact your Alterspective account manager or your firm's Clio Operate administrator to request access. Once provisioned, you'll receive an invite via your organisation's Alterspective Identity account (Keystone) or sign in directly using your Microsoft Entra ID.
Sign in
Navigate to your PMS Sync login page and click Sign in with Alterspective or Microsoft Entra ID. You'll be redirected to your organisation's identity provider. No separate credentials are required.
Configure your organisation (admins only)
Administrators can configure the Alterspective Proxy and Clio Operate connections in Settings. You can now define multiple environments (e.g. Production, UAT, Development) per organisation.
- Alterspective Proxy URLThe URL of the Alterspective Proxy (or Azure Relay endpoint).
- Alterspective Proxy API KeyThe API key issued for the Proxy instance.
- Clio Operate CredentialsOAuth2 client ID and secret for the target instance.
- SIEM WebhookOptional URL for audit event export (CloudEvents) to Splunk/Sentinel.
Preview & Import
On the Import page, select your target Environment, enter a PMS matter number and click Preview. If the dry-run looks correct, click Import into Clio Operate to provision the work item and ODS parties.
